En cualquier momento puedes generar la confirmación de autenticidad e imprimirlo siguiendo las instrucciones del portal oficial. El documento con eFirma está protegido contra modificaciones y es completamente válido para Extranjería, bancos, universidades y cualquier organismo oficial.

No tenemos oficina donde recibir clientes. Trabajamos en línea, la empresa está registrada en Valencia. Enviamos la traducción en PDF firmada digitalmente por el traductor jurado. Según la ley española (Orden AUC/213/2025), equivale al mismo documento en papel con sello - vale igual en toda España y fuera de ella. Nos mandas el documento por WhatsApp o al correo, te devolvemos la traducción y la presentas donde haga falta: Extranjería, un banco, una universidad, una notaría. Antes del pago - sí, puedes cambiar cualquier cosa: cantidad, documentos, contenido del encargo. Después del pago - los archivos ya han sido enviados al traductor y no es posible sustituirlos. Así funciona el sistema. Por eso, comprueba bien los documentos antes de pagar.

Sin los documentos originales no es posible hacer una reserva. Sin embargo, si nos comunicas tus plazos, intentaremos programar el encargo ajustándolo a tus fechas.

El traductor jurado es la autoridad final en materia de formulaciones. Su diploma, estatus oficial y responsabilidad legal respaldan cada palabra del texto. Las formulaciones no se modifican a petición del cliente.

No existe un precio por paquete: cada documento tiene su precio fijo según tipo y complejidad. Para darte un presupuesto exacto necesitamos ver los documentos - el idioma, número de sellos, presencia de apóstillas, si está impreso o escrito a mano, todo influye en el precio. Lo que da validez al documento es la firma electrónica del traductor jurado, no el aspecto visual. Los organismos españoles no leen el idioma original - solo verifican la firma oficial. No rehacemos traducciones por motivos estéticos. Si tienes dudas sobre la validez, puedes consultar la normativa en BOE-A-2014-11801.

El sello indica todas las acreditaciones del traductor - los idiomas para los que tiene habilitación oficial. Por ejemplo: inglés y portugués, o serbio, croata y montenegrino. No significa que haya traducido tu documento a esos idiomas. Tu traducción es correcta.

Preferimos que envíes los documentos directamente por Telegram o al email info@gidru.com. Así podemos vincular cada documento con su presupuesto y entrega por nombre de archivo, sin riesgo de confusiones. Los enlaces a carpetas o archivos comprimidos generan posibles errores que no benefician a nadie.

Imprime el PDF con firma electrónica que te enviamos siguiendo nuestras instrucciones. El documento impreso acompañado del archivo protegido enviado por email es aceptado en bancos, Extranjería, oficinas de empadronamiento y cualquier organismo oficial.

The stamp lists all the translator's official accreditations - the languages they are authorised to translate. It does not mean your document was translated into those languages. Your translation is correct.

Присяжный переводчик является конечной инстанцией в вопросах формулировок. Его диплом, статус и юридическая ответственность стоят за каждым словом перевода. Формулировки по просьбе заказчика не меняются.

Цены за пакет не существует - у каждого документа своя твёрдая цена. Для точного расчёта нам нужно увидеть документы: язык, количество печатей, наличие апостилей, напечатан или написан от руки - всё влияет на стоимость. Пришлите фото или скан, ответим в течение 30 минут.

На печати переводчика указаны его аккредитации - с каких языков он имеет право переводить на испанский и наоборот. Например, с английского и португальского. Или с сербского, хорватского и черногорского. Не волнуйтесь, с вашими документами всё в порядке.
